The collection of poems "Further" summarizes the poems written between 2010 and 2021. In the collection, the author deviates from her previous poetry books "Everyday Lives" (2005) and "Dz." (2010) urban everyday moods and focus on eternal themes - the passage of time, the transformation of human life and the observation of natural events.
Rūta Mežavilka's fourth collection of poetry "Further" will go to readers after a long break of less than 12 years. Lovers of poetry lacked the intonation of this poet and the depiction similar to the black-and-white photographs, which is reserved in its observation, but so precise in itself. This niche was recently filled by the renaissance of Monta Kroma. Now it's Rūta Mežavilka's turn again.
