Terms and Conditions

Seller:: SIA "Neputns", reg. no.: 40003364171, reg. VAT no.: LV40003364171, address (legal and actual): Tērbatas iela 49/51-8, Riga, LV-1011.
Buyer:: a natural or legal person who makes a purchase on the website www.neputns.lv.
Products:: books available on the website www.neputns.lv which the buyer can order and purchase.

These Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase of Products in the online store www.neputns.lv, as well as determine the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer.

Product catalogue
1. The Products are sold at the prices indicated for each of the Products.
2. All prices of the Products include the value added tax (hereinafter – VAT).
3. Prices of the Products do not include the fee for the delivery of the Products. The delivery fee is applied in addition to the price of the Products, and depends on the type of delivery chosen by the Buyer. Delivery prices and delivery options are discussed in Section 4 of these Terms and Conditions.

Shopping cart
1. The shopping cart is created when the Buyer selects the Product and presses the "Add to Cart" button. When adding the Products to the shopping cart, they are not purchased yet. The content of the shopping cart can be changed by the Buyer at any time.
2. When the Buyer has placed all the desired Products in the shopping cart, the "Checkout" button must be pressed.
Information
1. The Buyer must enter correct and accurate information so that the Seller can complete the purchase, as well as communicate in case of uncertainty.
2. Buyers who are users of the PayPal payment system can choose to complete their purchase by pressing the PayPal button. The buyer will automatically be taken to the PayPal, site to make a secure payment.
Shipping
1. The Buyer can choose any of the following shipping methods:
  - Free receipt at Neputns Gallery (Tērbatas Street 49/51, Riga), during the gallery's working hours.
  - Shipping by post using the delivery system of Latvijas Pasts. The shipping price is calculated based on the postage of Latvijas Pasts for an insured / registered item.
  - Shipping by bicycle courier in Riga. The delivery price is calculated based on bicycle courier price list.
Payment
1. The Buyer can choose any of the following payment methods:
  - Pay by credit card. We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay.
  - PayPal payment system.
  - Payment by invoice (legal entities only). The Seller will send an invoice to the e-mail indicated by the Buyer.
2. After selecting the payment method, the Buyer must press the „Complete order”.
Execution of the order
1. The order is considered accepted when the Buyer has received an automatic notification to his e-mail address „Order confirmation”.
2. The order is prepared for delivery within 1-2 working days after the Seller has received the payment.
3. When the order is handed over to the delivery provider (Latvijas Pasts or bicycle courier), the Buyer receives an automatic notification to his e-mail: “Shipping confirmation”.
4. If the Buyer has chosen the delivery method "Receipt at Neputns Gallery", it is possible to receive the order during the gallery’s working hours.
5. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays of courier services or other service providers related to delivery, regardless of the circumstances due to which the delivery delay occurred.
Right of withdrawal
1. The right of withdrawal is the right of the Buyer (a natural person who is a “consumer” in the context of the Consumer Rights Protection Law) to refuse the Products within 14 days from the day the Buyer has received the Products, in accordance with the procedure for exercising the Right of Withdrawal.
2. The Buyer notifies about the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal by filling in the withdrawal form, which can be obtained on the Internet at the following address: http://likumi.lv/ta/id/266462-noteikumi-par-distances-ligumu. The Buyer shall send the completed form to the Seller’s e-mail neputns@neputns.lv. Upon receipt of the completed withdrawal form, the Seller notifies the Buyer that it has received the withdrawal, as well as informs about the decision made or the time of the decision. The form is also available by sending a request to the e-mail address:neputns@neputns.lv.
3. The Buyer is obliged to return the Products to the Seller without delay, but not later than within 14 days after sending (handing over) the withdrawal form to the Seller. The Buyer must bear the costs associated with the return of the Products.
4. The Seller shall reimburse the Buyer for the payments received from the Buyer, including delivery costs within 14 days from the date the Seller has received the completed Withdrawal Form from the Buyer (decision to withdraw from the contract) and when the Seller has received back the Products refused by the Buyer. The Seller shall reimburse the said amount using the same type of payment instrument as used by the Buyer, i.e. by transfer to the current account of the Buyer's bank.
5. The Seller has the right to withhold payment until he has received from the Buyer the Products, which the Buyer wishes to refuse.
Examination of complaints, proposals and suggestions
1. The Buyer can make recommendations, suggestions about the work of the Seller, or make a complaint by sending it to e-mail: neputns@neputns.lv.
