Marts Pujāts (1982) - poet. Poetry publications since 1998. The author of five collections of poetry, he also worked as a poet. For his first collection of poetry "Tuk tuk par sevi" (2000) he received the Klāvs Elsbergs Award, for his poetry collection "Nāk gaismā pati lampa" (2013) he received the Latvian Literature of the Year Award in the nomination Best Poetry Work. He also writes poetry for children, for the collection "Ej nu ej" (2020) he received both the Latvian Literature of the Year Award and the Jānis Baltvilks Award.
