The second collection of poems by young Latvian poetess Andra Manfelde already has been awarded Anna Dagda Prize. The first collection (2005) was awarded Ojārs Vācietis Prize.
In the second book the poetess has retained vivid associative pictorialism which comes out of ordinary, daily situations and the compassion, which is not so characteristic of contemporary poetry, and the ability to feel and understand lives of ordinary, non-exclusive people.
